Brent’s executive management background and over two decades of experience in software technology give him the ability to provide valuable guidance on engineering capability and organizational proficiency.
As a consultant and trainer, Brent has helped small, medium and Fortune 100 organizations overcome intractable problems and successfully deliver mission-critical solutions. He has used Agile practices since the late 1990s as a Chief Technology Officer, development manager, project manager, software developer, ScrumMaster, Product Owner, coach, consultant, and trainer.
Brent was one of the earliest Certified Scrum Trainers and has been implementing Scrum in organizations since 2005. Brent applies agility, pragmatism, persistence, organizational constructs, and process disciplines to help organizations outperform their status quo.
Paul Dupuy, Jr.
Paul is a senior technologist who has designed and delivered small to large-scale Agile transformations for a wide variety of US and international organizations. He has extensive experience building and supporting distributed coaching teams, as well as coaching at leadership, program, and team levels.
Paul has been a Director responsible for many large-scale Agile transformation engagements, and Product Owner for an Agile workflow management application. He is an Agile Coach with over 13 years of experience in a variety of organizations, and as an Agile Developer has worked with a wide range of languages and platforms.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts Studies with a concentration in Math and Computer Science from Athens State University.
A veteran Agile coach and consultant, Halim served most recently as Steward of the Agile Coaching Institute, which offers transformative education in professional coaching and facilitation to coaches and stakeholders of Agile teams. Halim served as a faculty member in the program and guided the business of the Institute. Halim has a private practice as a professional coach.
During his 11-year tenure at Agile consultancy SolutionsIQ, Halim’s roles included Steward for Consulting Excellence, Director of Delivery Excellence, Coaching Office Product Owner, Managing Consultant, Agile Coach, and ScrumMaster. He helped shape large Agile adoption and organizational change programs, trained coaches and coached teams, and used Scrum and Kanban for process improvement with clients and as a member of the SolutionsIQ leadership team.
Halim has held a wide variety of leadership and technical positions in commercial software, consulting, corporate IT, education, and community organizations. He was Director of Operations and a founding Core Faculty member at Bainbridge Graduate Institute, where he taught systems thinking to MBA students. Halim holds an M.A. in Organizational Systems from Saybrook University and is an internationally certified professional coach (CPCC, ACC).
